Shipping & Returns Policy

The Mammahood (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website www.themammahood.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are created to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and us.


1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer the option of waiting for restocking or receiving a refund for that item.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details. The final shipping cost will be shown before payment is completed.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days of successful payment. Dispatch operations run Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. During peak periods, dispatch timelines may vary slightly, but we make every effort to minimise delays.

5. Delivery Timeline

Domestic deliveries typically take 2–12 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

6. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to follow your shipment’s progress.

8. Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears damaged:

- Please do not accept the delivery, if possible, and inform the courier immediately.

- If the parcel is delivered in your absence, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products,we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered.

We offer replacements only in cases where the product is damaged or defective, provided that:

- The journal is unused

- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

- Clear photos or an unboxing video are shared for verification

Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost. Replacements are applicable only for orders shipped within India.

11. Colour & Print Variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, or print alignment may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the printing process. These variations are natural and do not qualify as defects or damage.

12. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage as per the courier partner’s policy.

- If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be initiated after the courier’s investigation.

- If a parcel is confirmed damaged in transit, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
